Please note: We advise you to mount your boekinplank to a solid wall.

Cooling-off period

For  your orders from boekinplank there is a cooling-off period of 30 days  from the moment you have received your order. Within this period, you  may view the item, assess it and return it undamaged.

If you are  not satisfied with the item, you can return it. The item must then be  returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. The  package may have been opened.

Damaged product?

When  you receive your item, please check whether it is undamaged and whether  we have sent you the complete package. If this is not the case, please  let us know as soon as possible via the contact form.

Of course, we will make sure that we send your order to you well protected in a sturdy cardboard box.
